Our journey began in 2005 with a vision to improve the retail merchandising services industry and address the common challenges faced with hiring these 3rd party service companies. We were tired of inconsistent quality and lack of training so we decided to create a better solution.

In 2017 we began focusing our attention on utilizing the RIGHT PEOPLE in the RIGHT PLACE at the RIGHT TIME.

It made total sense to our teams that if we wanted something done in a retail store we would need to reach out to those that were vetted, well-trained and knowledgeable.

We took our business model along with our retail call center to connect directly with associates and management. Our goal was to ensure clear communication of initiatives and tasks, helping retail environments like Walmart stay organized, efficient, and stocked with products consumers love. It worked very well but we still needed to be BETTER.

In 2017, our founder created a NEW business model called "AfterMyHours". It would allow the retail associates the opportunity to take on XTRA TASKS once their shift is completed.

AfterMyHours was built around empowering, rewarding, and recognizing the Associate.
